Veterans get free admission to the Museum of Flight on Wednesday, Nov. 11, and a full day of programming awaits anyone who walks through the door.

The museum's Veterans Day schedule begins at 11 a.m. with a screening of 10 Good Men, a documentary preserving the combat stories of WWII veterans who flew the B-17 Flying Fortress, according to Vintage Aviation News.

Director Trent "TJ" Jones will take audience questions after the film. At 1 p.m., the Boeing Employees' Concert Band performs in the Great Gallery. At 2 p.m., author Betty "BJ" Prior shares stories of Vietnam-era service members from her time as a Military Air Command flight attendant who flew missions to Vietnam between 1969 and 1971.

The free veteran admission applies only to the veteran, not an entire group. No proof of service is required, according to the museum's website. The Wells Fargo Foundation funded the free admission offer.
