Yoodli launched five corporate training products on Wednesday, Oct. 7, expanding the Seattle AI startup beyond interview and sales coaching into a broader enterprise learning platform.
The company has grown from 25 employees in May 2025 to about 100 and moved into new headquarters on the eastern side of Pier 70 on Seattle's waterfront. Yoodli shares the building with AI House, the incubator formerly known as the AI2 Incubator, where co-founders Varun Puri and Esha Joshi first built the company in 2021.
Yoodli was valued at more than $300 million in a December 2025 funding round led by WestBridge Capital, GeekWire reported. The company has raised nearly $60 million total from investors including WestBridge, Neotribe, Madrona and AI House. GeekWire has disclosed that Yoodli is a client of its GeekWork recruiting business.
The new products add real-time coaching inside Zoom, Slack and Teams, AI-generated training courses, AI personas that answer employee questions from company material, and a measurement tool that tracks whether skills improve rather than just logging course completion. The original AI roleplay tool also gets an upgrade.
"This is all about upskilling humans and believing in the human potential," Puri told GeekWire at the Pier 70 office. "How do we help humans be the best versions of themselves and get measurably better?"
Enterprise clients already using Yoodli include Google, Snowflake and Databricks for sales training. The University of Washington uses it to prepare students for job interviews. Joshi, the company's chief customer officer, told GeekWire the customer base has expanded beyond tech into governments, pharmaceutical companies and banks.
The competitive field is crowded. Workday acquired AI learning startup Sana in November 2025. Seattle-area company Highspot merged with rival Seismic in August 2026. Puri declined to disclose current revenue or say whether Yoodli is profitable but said the company is not actively raising money. Yoodli reported 900% revenue growth when it announced the December 2025 round.
Recent executive hires include CFO Andy Larson, previously CFO of Remitly in its early years, and VP of Product Kartik Murthy, who joined from cybersecurity firm Coalition after product roles at Meta, Google and Uber. Yoodli ranks No. 17 on the GeekWire 200 index of Pacific Northwest startups.
At Pier 70, one conference room is named "Agnes Potts" after an early AI persona so tough that users wanted T-shirts saying they had booked a call with her.
