Six Wednesday evenings this summer, you can catch free live music vibes at a Seattle park near you.
The Seattle Parks Foundation is bringing back its Pop-Up Concerts in the Park series for 2026, with performances at Jimi Hendrix Park, Seward Park Amphitheater, Magnuson Park Amphitheater, and Kubota Garden Terrace Overlook.
The foundation announced the lineup on its website May 15, describing the series as returning by popular demand for soul, Afro-Latin, funk, Neo soul, jazz, and indie folk sounds.
Here's the full schedule: All shows run 6:30–8 p.m. and are open to all ages.
- Wednesday, July 8 — Lady A – The Real Lady A at Jimi Hendrix Park
Lady A – The Real Lady A is a Seattle blues and gospel performer who won the Washington Blues Society's inaugural Legendary Patti Allen Performer of the Year Award in 2025.
- Wednesday, July 15 — The New Triumph at Seward Park Amphitheater
- Wednesday, July 22 — MANISHA at Magnuson Park Amphitheater
- Wednesday, August 5 — Hard Maybe at Seward Park Amphitheater
- Wednesday, August 12 — Darrius Willrich Trio at Kubota Garden Terrace Overlook
Darrius Willrich, a Cornish College of the Arts graduate, currently plays keyboards for Digable Planets and Shabazz Palaces.
- Wednesday, August 19 — Lucia Flores-Wiseman at Magnuson Park Amphitheater
Lucia Flores-Wiseman finished fourth on Season 27 of The Voice, earning a four-chair turn.
Each concert opens with a set by young artists from The Residency, a Seattle program that mentors emerging Hip Hop performers.
